Without hesitation, a child can pray, ask with purity and confidence, and pour heartfelt praise with equal adoration. They believe in answers with a faith innocent of contamination and unbelief.
Becoming confident in your asking and clear with your intention will allow you to make optimal choices. Taking an active, responsible position and learning to bring every thought into captivity will allow you the opportunity to do so.
Enjoying the result from correct thinking and right asking is the most rewarding, advantageous reality you can experience.
If you have been in discontent lately, I would say, time to ask yourself a few questions and answer them sincerely—no fluff, no coverup, without excuses and more excuses. Yes, I said it twice, as that is how often and more they can show up.
Until you get serious about your life and how much your thinking influences your decisions, you are guaranteed to become stagnant.
When I need more help around the home, I will ask kindly, and my intention is clear; the best results follow. In contrast, chaos ensues, compromising mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, as all are connected. This outcome applies in whatever circle you operate.
Asking with correct thinking injects uplifting energy, whereas asking with wrong thinking will suck the life out of you. The same applies to any asking; knowing first what you need and then asking with a proper attitude and clear intent may not always result in what you want. However, it will give you the confidence to make better decisions, as the results will provide you with a clear indication of where your moral compass stands, offering feedback for reference.
Removing the anxiety will become easier as you learn to consider your intention. Your thoughts can heal you, or they can harm you, just as much as our physical habits do in our living.
As transparent and confidently you ask in person is the same way you may request in prayer, being a vital part of relying on the power of God, your heavenly Father through Jesus Christ His Son. Whether you sit, walk or stand, continue with an attitude of gratitude, with praise, and with thanksgiving, at last, ask. Asking through prayer and meditation with focused attention will reward you with peace of mind. The most magnificent gracious gift of connection extended at that moment. Even if you aren't outwardly expressing yourself, God knows the thoughts and intentions of your heart. Now that's good news!
" ...the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruit, unwavering, without hypocrisy, and the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace to those who make peace." - James 3:17-18. You take care of your spiritual needs daily as you connect with your creator, precious as the air you breathe. Intentionally practice forgiveness, gratitude, obedience, and benevolence encourages unbreakable faith and a deeper, more prosperous spiritual life that is far more valuable than rubies, diamonds, and pearls. There is much to be gained when you come to see how exquisite the mystery is unfolding daily. "Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you." - James 4:10
