Relax, You've Got This

Updated: May 10, 2021

Five minutes to go before you race out the door to conquer the day. Suddenly, you realize your keys are missing.

So begins the ritual of panic like a well-orchestrated Charlie Chaplin skit. Comical if not sad for the rapid deterioration of self-control. It would help if you did not accept this as your usual routine on the go.

Firstly is the quick response to instantaneous automated action—scanning, then the repetitive escalating attitude of descent. Now, the keys are where they were, yet where you are now is out of bounds. Your perspective of gratitude has escaped you. Your fear of being late has consumed you, and your resolve has weakened your capacity to think rightly. Sound familiar?

No one is exempt from this scenario; either you are the culprit or become the unwilling participant in another's anxiety. I am all about the stop and think, keep it simple.

Relax, I am about to share with you a more optimizing encounter to inspire.

A mindful contemplation, a calm and relaxed response alters the outcome at the rapid response. The natural knee jerk is reacting. You know when things were out of control when you were looking for something in the same places or ridiculous ones. Without being relaxed, it is inaccurate, and you can be looking straight at what you have been missing and not even see.

Close your eyes if you like, breathe mindfully. Now shift your attitude to gratitude. Now, look around, take in your surroundings, still oxygenating your body with an appreciation for your thinking mind, your memory. Gratitude, appreciation, thankfulness begin the flow of interconnection with a more meaningful response. In this relaxed state, you make available a more clear reception for receiving. You can now offer valuable input as your better questions will receive the best answers. When in a spin, the simplicity becomes complexity.

You will find thought at your request has answered the call. If you are not in tune with your most fantastic resource, it may be required to resolve your ability to resume calm. Panic encourages angst, while peace invites clarity.

What happens when you trust your intuition, your supernatural connection to the all-knowing God of the Universe? You are able, with your own free will, to decide to respond or reject information.

By deliberately having faith and trust in the moment of weakness with a relaxed mental attitude, you can recover - even more than lost keys.

So in following this simple habit, my husband recovered his keys sitting on the ledge of the backyard fence. You must realize that there is so much that we do unconsciously; therefore, it is our subconscious that recalls when you ask rightly to answer the call. When the answer arrives, you may think it absurd as your natural curiosity to reason will deliberate. Yet on follow-through will reveal the truth.

A few years ago, I lost my diamond ring. I noticed it was not upon my hand, so I went straight to the kitchen, expecting it to be near the sink in the specific dish. At the first opportunity, I did what was ordinary and did not resume the usual anxiety circling for most. I quickly regained my superpower of tapping into my faith and trust in what is unseen. At first, the response is giving thanks (opposite to what is natural) as a relaxed mental attitude supersedes restriction. Calm and relaxed.

On asking the right way after gratitude and appreciation, the response was immediate and specific. "In the outside bin, wrapped in blue plastic inside the newspaper with the vegetable scraps.". Know at first in hearing you may not be believing and think you're just making up stuff. I guess you will never know unless you follow through. You see, your brain is more wonderful than the most advanced technology and stores untold information. To access as you please requires dedication.

Sure enough, after requesting my husband's assistance to uncover the bag from below the outside garbage bin. (It was at the very bottom) The blue garbage bag recovered; inside was all kinds of unpleasant, yet tightly wrapped was a newspaper. Onto the bench, I began to unfold as potato and carrot scraps revealed; I ran my fingers across the surface and sure as purpose, there before my eyes glistening, my diamond ring! (In a bag disposed of two days earlier and because of thought whispered "wheres your ring?" I did respond.

These are only two accounts; of course, there are many more. I enjoy sharing them to revitalize your senses for optimal thinking, as Every Thought My Choice advocates for a relaxed disposition. Not diminished energy; to be refreshed, renewed, revitalized begins with calm and ease of mind to make optimal decisions.

When you understand where your help comes from, you will trust in the reception for an ultimate promising for considering. Appreciate your brain, and feed it brain food for optimal reviving. My source for the highest frequency reception, surpassing the latest technology, is prayer. Praying to God the Creator of the Universe, through Jesus Christ, His son and powered, supercharged by the Holy Spirit, is instant access. With the free will to apply is the ultimate freedom. Answers are available accompanied by the peace of God that surpasses understanding. A supernatural way of being is seeing and hearing.

Always be grateful, no matter the circumstances, for everything reveals unlimited growth potential.

Relax; you have time to adjust your thinking.

Remember, Relax, Dream Big!
