Recognizing The Good

When was the last time you looked up to what you were doing and appreciated all that was good in your life?

Yes, there is a distinction between the hidden and the exposed. Some things had hidden from your visual or thinking as they escaped your sense of gratitude and left a latitude of discrepancy. Maybe you have been knee-deep into uncomfortable for so long that somewhere you forgot to notice the difference.

The good news is that you have an incredible amount of lost but not forgotten memory to tap into for exhilarating your brain activity. Unlike other lost moments for failing, some can easily have retained and created for purposes that excel your expectations. Looking up from circumstances involves a reasonable attitude of gratitude for contemplating.

You cannot underestimate how powerful the prospect of this tangible yet straightforward task is for optimizing your well-being. Not only so forthcoming is an avalanche of successes as your brain activity reminisces for strengthening neural pathways. Let it become your favorite pass time, your first thought for alternative outcomes when pushed into a corner.

When one of my daughters was a young girl, her attitude could do with different behavior. How easily it could be that you can change the way you think, like turning off a light switch. Choosing to let go of irritation and concentrate on gratitude was an attitude always encouraged.

It wasn't until much later that she cared to admit how effortlessly this hack truly made absolute sense and, in fact, worked instantly. Yet, her stubbornness and pride insisted on knowing how quickly she could find her turnaround in choosing to focus on gratitude. As in her mind, this would equate to her attitude not being able to validate. (As if it did not matter). Our feelings matter, for our benefit to indicate precisely where we are at—an opportunity to reset and reflect. Not to hesitate as much gained from learning to make adjustments and recognizing the importance of controlling emotions.

Fast forward to now, we are all in this together, choosing to make a better opportunity for optimal decisions.

It doesn't matter if you are nine or ninety; there is always a time you need to change the lighting. A brighter globe or open curtain to natural light will always reveal the hidden, unseen things in the darkness.

Once you begin to focus on the good and make it a continual habit, it's not uncommon not to see all around you the benefit of interconnectedness. You are making a way into your living as a lifeforce that keeps on giving. Like a tap root extended to the water source to feed the whole, the connection is incredible to appreciation born from pure intent.

Open your heart and character to the essential ingredients of inspiration. Believe me when I tell you how plausible is an attitude brought into submission to a good understanding. It does not have to be an unbridled tongue that lets you down because you didn't stop thinking before speaking. The pause will affect the best development.

Look around, what do you see? A close examination of your hands will reflect your clasped hands like holding onto a hopeful possibility. You are in charge of how you choose to think, although emotions had left to overtake and the uncontrollable left to battle. Yet, it is not a helpless attribute to hesitate upon; only in the concentrated effort can one regain a fresh perspective.

A life well lived will never stop growing, and in this environment, new buds are constantly forming and blooming.

Like a new fragrant flower yet discovered is revealing your attitude of gratitude permeating the atmosphere.
