There will be times in your life that compromise is not an option. When "near enough is good enough" along with "that'll do" should be eliminated from your vocabulary if you want to raise the bar.
Before you begin a task or project, you must consider the consequences of your actions. To weigh the balance is to consider the task at hand before your begin. Understanding what is involved before you commence will determine your commitment level, saving you time and energy. Thereby increasing
the possibility of adding value beyond yourself.
How often have you experienced lousy customer service? Neglecting to train staff properly leaves a company severely compromised. Attention to detail is overlooked results in financial burden. However, to experience exceptional customer service is an obvious result of outstanding commitment. Rewards continue, and the best outcomes can maximize.
Going above and beyond what someone may ask or expect of you is a worthy attribute. Something that we are more than capable of contributing daily.
In my home, the motto is "Do it right the first time, or don't do it at all." To advocate for such a statement, you must demonstrate that you can deliver the same and lead by example. Raising your standards and being thorough, committed, and diligent will get the job done best.
You will lead the way, or you will follow. If you follow, be sure you make a wise choice to do your learning, making available your most significant asset to move you forward in achieving premium results. Everyone has growth potential, and to everyone, there is a purpose.
It will not always be the easy option that gets you from start to finish, although it will be the most rewarding. When excellence is your standard, then your aim is high or higher. Not in a condescending way; instead, you're adding value, not taking away from, in whatever capacity.
