Outgrow your former self

Within each of us is an unrelenting determination to seek joy. (I mean the type that surpasses circumstance and stays rock-solid as peace and contentment).

Unfortunately, there has been a mega collaboration of self-induced misery with an extraordinary caliber of followers who bind anxiety and depreciation as a way of everyday living.

I get it. It's comfortable being in your lane with like-minded souls. Never short of fellow moaners and groaners, storytellers of woeful times of yesteryear. Allowing weeds to accumulate and choke the growth of potential is a real thing. Are you sick and tired of being unhappy and depleted? Up and Adam! It is here; today is that day, the day you have waited for, the day you have used as the excuse for all the can not, do not, and will not. It is here!

Don't get me wrong, compassion and kindness are freely received and given. A listening ear, sage advice, and understanding are here in everyone's position. Yet, far and few between is optimal thinking, revitalizing the soul and spirit daily as a necessity. Why is that so?

Who cares! You are here because you already watch. You care about your mindset and the way you choose to think. Inspiration is living inside you, ready to burst into your day as activated intuitive responsiveness to gratitude. How magnificent is that? It is true, the simple things in life are often the best!

Your choice to regulate your thinking can crush anxiety and begin a strong foundation for future application. Now, consider how overlapping a negative, pessimistic view of life can drain the mental capacity for happiness. Should you give equal time and opportunity to thought-provoking positive affirmation, would you see an improvement? I dare not hesitate to say yes, indeed. As you are giving yourself and others a rewarding, inspiring, optimizing, revitalizing opportunity for expanding your capacity for well-being and happiness.

A conscious effort on your part to capture your go-to requirement to negate has replaced instant choice to facilitate the powerful and life-giving energizing, uplifting soul food for purpose.

Yesterday that has passed gone. Tomorrow may be around the corner, yet, here, right now, you have in your power the most valuable possession, and that is your ability to choose to think well, to think wisely. Today, begin deliberately, actively, mindfulness momentum of gratitude and appreciation as a vital resource for a living—time to vacate the discomfort you have long outgrown and turn the corner.

It's not that easy. Your old self is screaming, already fearing the abandonment of familiarity. You are right, it won't be easy, yet one day you will move with ease and effortlessness to a more natural point of view. Perseverance is your daily pursuit of happiness. Rather than worrying about how to turn off pressure, instead become an avid collector of promising attributes.

Your character is in hot pursuit of virtue, no need to wait any longer.

The first time you tried anything worthy of continuation, you recognized the need for follow-up, follow-through, and persistence to move forward to accomplish the outcome. To endure, driving a car, playing an instrument, building relationships.

All in all, it is in your best interest to take advantage of your creative persistence, tenacity, and audacity that has been misrepresented and use it for the most valuable benefit in your daily intake of all that is worthy of attention to praise.

Your intention will energize, invigorate and prompt you to move forward with enthusiasm otherwise left behind (with familiarity).

Start now; today is a new day, a magnificent opportunity to look for the best in all I think, do, and see. I choose to open my mouth for purposes to encourage, to inspire vitality.

Although foreign language for some, it will breathe life into dark places and bring sunshine to cold rooms otherwise neglected. Like all brand new precious treasures that seem too good to use, you must insist upon your senses. No waiting for that special occasion or subsequent time to use the best available when presented to allow. Time to be happy (even when life feels like poop - always remember you can change the way you think and look for the puppy). Learning for life is an exploration that seizes the moment for appreciation.

Remember, Relax, Dream Big!
