It's Not That Complicated

Today we have a trillion choices wherever we look. No wonder people are becoming confused and even anxious when confronted with daily tasks. Starting with the food we eat, the clothes we wear, the cars we drive, the technology we invest in, how we live, are becoming the mountain some have to climb in a day.

We have all heard people talk of the 'good old days' and desiring to go back to something that once was. However, the delusion is that our own decisions are causing us to create complex situations. "As a child, my family's menu consisted of two choices: take it or leave it." Okay, not only my family but many relate to the comedic response as Buddy Hackett insights a smile; it is the simplicity of "take it or leave it that grabs my attention.."

As funny as that may sound, we also acknowledge that one day, this day too will become 'the good old days.' Like building blocks of success that one day will tell a story, our choices are ours to make today.

Yes, or no? whole food, snack food? Big or small? Keep or discard? So on, and so on. Being present, the act of mindful awareness of now will encourage you to pause at the moment.

Think about how much time you would gain if you simplified things. I am initiating for you a new way to think about your life. Recognize how much time and energy you put into a simple answer. For instance, when asked a question, can you confidently respond with a yes or no? Do you struggle and deliver the more usual response of don't know, we'll see, maybe, not sure, it's not that easy; as your mind predictably fills with nonsense. You are also transferring this into the daily way of living.

Obvious to some, not so much to others when looking to make changes. The grass isn't always greener on the other side and back then isn't better than it can be now. Brilliant ideas and magnificent choices were made by many before you as they committed to simplifying the clutter in their mind, their lives, and their decisions. In turn, you also can create the most optimal life choices in true harmony with purpose.

Slow your game down today and see if a change transpires as you consider Every Thought My Choice, and today choose simplicity!

All the little things we do eventually add up to something big, something best, and something altogether different, boldly positioned for simplicity, requires you to focus on what's most important.

Remember, relax, Dream Big!
