It Only Takes One Person to Change Your Life - YOU!

Conscious decisions you make from the moment you are no longer sleeping; even before our eyes are open, we can choose our thoughts.

Are you in a state of gratitude and thanksgiving, or is your mind full of garbage you failed to dispose of before you fell asleep?

In a world full of information overload, it can be deceptive in taking away our privileges. Every distraction is a subtle intrusion of our ability to make the right choices, best decisions, and positive input into our own lives.

What you choose to do before you fall asleep and what you choose to think about before you are fully awake in the morning can assist you in reclaiming that which you have lost.

I love nothing better than my comfortable bed to fall into at the end of the day. Even better still is when your husband or wife is home, and you can enjoy one another as lovers do. Without digressing, it is a fact of life that much transpires in the bedroom. People use it as a place to read a novel, go over their business financials, watch television, upload, download, Facebook, Twitter, check emails, eat, argue, escape, relax. All these and more are influencing your decisions.

For now, I want to share with your the importance of creating that special place before you go to sleep. As not everything we expose ourselves to in the world is good for us. It is essential to be actively involved in every decision you make without following the crowd. Separating your thinking from the majority will give you the advantage of optimizing your results.

Overload at the end of the day is a given for most. So, choosing to let go of all the garbage before sleep is good exercise.

Slowing your thoughts down and learning to surrender all you have control over is freeing. Having gratitude for who you are and for everything in your life avails for a peaceful rest. As wonderful as waking with an attitude of gratitude. Likened to charging your batteries brings with it the inevitable enthusiasm to begin a new day full of possibilities.

Remember, Relax, Dream Big!
