However, with a negative mindset and repetitive poisoning internal dialogue, the outcome isn't pretty. If you repeat the process often enough (this includes right thinking), you will get a result.
When you focus on your thoughts, how often would, trustworthy, honourable, just, pure, lovely, commendable and excellent describe your thinking concentration?
Change your attitude, change your outcome! Love this phrase, learn it, repeat it, repeat it, repeat it.
Just as it takes massive endurance to run a marathon, lift heavy weights or create the most extraordinary croquembouche; likewise, it takes massive action to stay focused, alert and observant to your thought patterns.
Who doesn't love the power of music to alter a mood, or underestimate the power of pausing to take mindful deep breaths that creates an immediate response of benefit? Also, every time you can find some humor in a difficult situation, you win! Initiate sparks to invite the best of what encourages growing us into the person we want to become.
Start now by looking up. Open your eyes and see what surrounds you. Taking in every breath with gratitude, looking intently into the eyes of another, stopping the madness. Your time to shine, so dispel the darkness and shine the light on everything that doesn't serve you.
